The Role

We are looking for an MIS & Market Operations Executive to manage business reports, operational data, market operations, and procurement-related processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, preparing MIS reports, tracking operational activities, and managing PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order) processes from initiation to closure.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Track key operational and business metrics and highlight trends, gaps, and exceptions.

Market Operations

• Support day-to-day market/field operations and ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
• Track market activities, business performance, inventory/requirements, and other operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain trackers for market activities and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

PR & PO Management

• Raise and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) based on business and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders for PR and PO processing.
• Track Purchase Orders (POs) from creation to approval, issuance, delivery, and closure.
• Verify supporting documentation, quotations, invoices, and other procurement-related records.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for operational and procurement requirements.
• Act as a central point of coordination for MIS, market operations, and procurement-related data.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Operations, Market Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of data management, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Experience with PR/PO processes and procurement coordination is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
