Job Title: MIS Analyst / Operations Data Analyst
Location: Patel Nagar (On-site, Full-time)
Reporting To: Operations Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-obsessed MIS Analyst who can act as the data backbone of operations. This role goes beyond reporting — you'll ensure data accuracy, drive accountability across teams, and help leadership make informed decisions through structured dashboards and insights.

What You'll Do
- Own weekly data collection from 40+ stakeholders across departments using structured templates
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through regular validations
- Follow up proactively via calls, messages, and in-person coordination to close data gaps
- Maintain and optimize centralized MIS trackers (Excel-based)
- Build and update dashboards, reports, and visual summaries for leadership reviews
- Support the creation of weekly business review (WBR) decks
- Identify and flag process inefficiencies, especially in operations, warehouse, and repair workflows
- Drive teams toward disciplined reporting systems from unstructured/ad-hoc inputs
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in MIS, Operations Analytics, Business Reporting, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), Data Validation
- Charts, Dashboards, and Data Cleaning
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and follow up persistently
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Strong communication skills — able to coordinate with senior team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment
Good to Have (High-Quality Candidates Filter)
- Experience in operations-heavy environments (logistics, warehouse, service/repair ops, startups)
- Basic exposure to Google Sheets / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience in building automated or semi-automated dashboards
