Job Description
Job Title: MIS Executive
Location: Gurugram/Kolkata
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance, accuracy and integrity of employee data in HRIS
- Design, generate and analyze HR reports to provide valuable insights to the leadership
- Ensure that HR data is managed in compliance with legal and company data privacy policies
- Develop and track HR performance metrics and key KPIs
What we need
- Need 2-6 years of strong experience in HR data analytics/MIS
- Proficiency in data HRIS and data analysis tools
- Understanding of HR processes and workflows
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to collaborate across teams
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
