We're looking for an MIS Analyst to join our Customer Delight team and own the data that drives our call centre operations.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards for call centre ops
- Track attendance, shift adherence, AHT, AL%, and break compliance across all agents
- Identify call volume trends, peak hours, and SLA breaches through sharp reporting
- Build variance analysis reports to flag week-over-week deviations
- Own MIS data hygiene- clean, consistent, reliable data across all sources
- Prepare weekly CX health reports for leadership with commentary on key drivers and outliers
- Automate repetitive reporting using Excel macros, Google Sheets scripts, or SQL
What we are looking for:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline
- 2–4 years of MIS/reporting experience in a call centre or customer ops environment
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Working knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with telephony platforms
- Ability to build leadership-ready dashboards independently
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple reporting cycles
