About the Role
Dhoot Group is looking for a Data & Automation Manager to lead business reporting, data management, and automation across the dealership. This role will ensure accurate data, build intelligent dashboards, automate routine processes, and help management make faster, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Dealer Management System (DMS) with complete data accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and management reports.
- Create dashboards and business intelligence reports for Sales, CRM, Finance, Inventory, and Operations.
- Automate reports and workflows using Google Sheets, Apps Script, JavaScript, APIs, and WhatsApp Automation.
- Ensure timely data updates and process compliance across departments.
- Identify opportunities to digitize and automate manual business processes.
- Support management with data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, automation, or business systems.
- Strong expertise in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Working knowledge of Google Apps Script/JavaScript and API integrations.
- Experience with DMS, CRM, or ERP platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
