Job Description

Position Title: MIS Executive

Reports To: Property Manager

Position Purpose: Responsible for MIS & Administration works.

Key Result Areas:

Client Invoicing for Manpower deployment & material utilized / Service contract.

CAM billing is updated on monthly basis.

Ensuring the material is delivered on time.

Ensuring the stock inventory is maintained.

Comparisons are gained for procurement as per policy.

Maintaining the Account of the client.

Cash flow statement generation.

Generates periodical MIS reports as required like Stock Inventory reports, Site Staff Salary Reports, Budget vs Actuals etc.

Generates periodical MIS and ensures the Timely submission of MMR (Monthly Management report) & QBR.

Ensures 100% statutory compliance by contractors like ESI, PF, insurance, etc.

Co-ordinates with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) service providers for Contract renewals or any support in maintenance/negotiation of contracts.

Track with the accounts team, that all payments from the Clients are received on time and are up to date.

Similarly, co-ordinate with the Accounts team of the client to ensure that their payments to us are also made in time.

Timely submission of all invoices and bills and Timely payment of Property management resources bill & invoices.
