Position - Senior Consultant/ Consultant Mining & Metals

Division - CRISIL Intelligence

Location - Gurgaon

Experience - 2 to 7 years of relevant experience

Qualification - B. Tech (Metallurgy/ Mining) and MBA from Tier I Colleges

ROLE SUMMARY

The recruit would be responsible for execution in a wide range of mining related management consulting and transaction advisory related assignments.

The candidate should be well-versed with the domestic mining & metal scenario and should have an understanding of the following (demonstrated by past work experience):

Sector related

• Policy and Regulatory Scenario in the mining sector (coal/ major minerals/ minor minerals) including end user industries especially power generation, cement and steel.
• Transaction Advisory Assistance to Government Agencies in auctions of mineral blocks.
• Due Diligence/ Financial Modelling/ Financial Appraisals/ Pre-Feasibility Analysis of mining projects.
• Transaction Advisory Assistance for selection of Mine Developer cum Operator (MDO)/ Joint Venture Partner.
• Bid Advisory and associated modeling for minerals auctions/ MDO opportunities.
• Benchmarking/ Strategic Planning/ Business Planning/ Vision setting.
