Job Description:
- Responsible for overall control of shift operation. Planning & execution of shift operation plan and ensure supply of desired quality & quantity of Limestone.
- Safety- Ensure implementation of activities in line with Mines Safety Standards and procedure. Ensure safety of all men and machine in every shift by taking rounds (to identify & correct unsafe act / condition) at all working location in shift
- He shall carry out the duties assigned to him by the manager, and shall see that in the part of the mine assigned to him by the manager, all work is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the act and of the regulations and orders made thereunder.
- Ensure Optimum utilization of all HEMM and get maximum productivity of the equipment
- Ensure maintenance of Haul roads, Faces and working area of mines for smooth operation and to achieve higher efficiency.
- Responsible for supervising activities of Mine Foreman , mining mates, TSO & contractor's workmen.
- Statutory Compliance. Ensure mines working as per the working permission from DGMS and as per the Mining plan approved by IBM.
- Knowledge and Experience of drilling & Blasting operation in Mines
