About the Company: Hiring for Mine Planning Manager based out at Ahmedabad for Mining Business (Mining Tech Consultancy) a flagship of Adani.
About the Role: He will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of effective mine plans to optimize resource extraction and operational efficiency.
Mine Planning role:
- Analyze geological data to estimate the quantity and quality of mineral resources available for extraction.
- Develop short-term and long-term mine plans, including pit designs, haul roads, and waste dump locations.
- Create detailed schedules for drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling to optimize production and meet targets.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for mining operations, ensuring economic viability and efficiency.
- Ensure mine plans adhere to safety standards, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Utilize mine planning software (e.g., Surpac, Vulcan, MineSched, Datamine) for modeling, simulation, and optimization.
- Work closely with geology, operations, and maintenance teams; prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations in mining.
Qualifications & Experience :
- B.Tech/ M.tech in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Mining areas.
