Candidate should have minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP BASIS, End to end Hands on Experience on OS / DB Migrations and excellent troubleshooting skills

Key Responsibilities :
Migration Expert (TSM 2.0 Migration)
- Customer Meetings and manage technical customer expectations during brown field Migrations
- Lead end to end Migrations from SAP end as part of Migration Excellence Center or lead end to end Version upgrades in case of Upgrade Excellence Center.
- Support with technical Customer Issues.
- Bridge between internal delivery Teams and Customer.
- Supporting and anticipating Customers needs, capacity management, EWA reports, etc.
- Follow up Customer Dashboard on daily basis.
- Lead Technical meetings with the customers as well as follow up with ECS Delivery teams.
- Follow up with Service engineering for new 3rd party add-ons and products.
- Escalating tickets towards Delivery if no satisfactory response on the activity.
- Efforts to support Partner led migrations.
- Supporting customer escalations and actively participate in ECS war-room.
- Technical SPoC for Customers.
- Trusted Advisor for Customers (listening for pain points and suggest improvements, prioritizing urgent requests, etc.)
Basis LLD Incident Management
- Expert in Basis Area
- Expert in Troubleshooting skills for ABAP, Java, HANA database
- Expert in Cloud products like Cloud connector
- Knowledge in BOBJ BODS and other SAP Products
- Knowledge on Azure, AWS and GCP
- Upgrades and Migration will be added advantage
Qualifications
- 6+ years of SAP BASIS experience
- End to end hands-on Migration experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and Exposure to different SAP products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
