About the Job

As a Migration Delivery Manager at NeoStats Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in leading the PMO and driving the successful execution of a card scheme migration program. With your expertise in program management, banking, and payments, you will oversee the end-to-end migration process, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. You will be responsible for achieving migration performance targets, optimizing card portfolios, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO and govern the execution of the card scheme migration program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain the migration master plan, including workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Coordinate with scheme partners, banking stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful program delivery.
• Monitor migration performance using dashboards and provide insights on delivery, activation, spend, and customer conversion.
• Oversee card production and digital issuance activities, including card design, personalization, production, fulfillment, and processor integration.

Requirements

• Engineering/MBA or equivalent qualification; PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in program/project management within banking, cards, or payments.
• Proven expertise in card scheme migration projects, card portfolio optimization, and customer conversion processes.
• Hands-on experience with Issuing, Authorization, Clearing/Settlement, CMS, and cards technology.
• Strong knowledge of banking/payment products and proposition launches across multiple markets.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in managing project schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
