Migration Break Fix Specialist (OpenShift)

Location: Remote

Shift: Night Shift

Contract: 6+ Months (Extendable)

Must-Have Skills:

• OpenShift Administration & Support
• Linux Troubleshooting
• Jenkins & Tekton CI/CD Pipelines
• Production Support / L2-L3 / Break-Fix Environment
• Storage, Volume Mount & File Permission Troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and troubleshoot OpenShift production environments
• Resolve platform, application, and CI/CD pipeline issues
• Perform root cause analysis and log analysis
• Support application migrations to OpenShift (stateful & stateless workloads)
• Kubernetes knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
