Ideal candidate for this role is an experienced Middleware and Integration professional with strong expertise in JBoss/WildFly Administration, Temenos Banking Solutions, IBM MQ, IRIS, API Connect, Kafka, and Microservices. The candidate should have a proven track record of supporting enterprise banking applications, managing complex integrations, and ensuring high availability across production and non-production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support JBoss/WildFly environments across Production, UAT, SIT, DR, and Development environments.
- Provide end-to-end support for Temenos banking applications and related integrations.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve middleware, application, and integration issues.
- Support and maintain IBM MQ messaging infrastructure and integration channels.
- Manage and support IRIS integration services and API Connect platforms.
- Support Kafka-based event streaming and Microservices architectures.
- Develop, support, and troubleshoot SOAP Web Services and REST APIs.
- Deploy application releases, patches, configuration changes, and enhancements.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Monitor platform performance, capacity, and availability to ensure service reliability.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, vendor, and business teams during incident resolution and release activities.
- Participate in production deployments, disaster recovery exercises, and change management activities.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, security requirements, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Middleware Administration and Enterprise Integration.
- Hands-on experience with JBoss/WildFly, Temenos Banking Solutions, IBM MQ, IRIS, API Connect, Kafka, SOAP/REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting banking applications in production and non-production environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, release management, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Exposure to OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, or scripting technologies is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
