We are seeking a Middleware Platform Engineer with 7-12 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining middleware solutions that facilitate seamless integration across our applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of our middleware infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions to support integration between applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure middleware solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot middleware environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement security measures and best practices for middleware platforms.
- Provide technical support and guidance to development teams on middleware usage.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to current middleware infrastructure.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion Middleware, or Apache Camel.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Experience with API management and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
