Job Description

  • Provide L2 support for middleware platforms and enterprise applications
  • Monitor application and middleware environments to ensure high availability and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application availability, performance, jobs, interfaces, and middleware services
  • Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of middleware components
  • Handle incident management, service requests, root cause analysis, and problem resolution within defined SLAs
  • Coordinate with L1/L3 teams, development teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders for issue resolution
  • Perform log analysis, health checks, and system monitoring to proactively identify issues
  • Support batch job monitoring, restart activities, and interface/application recovery as required
  • Participate in patching, upgrades, release support, and environment validation activities
  • Ensure proper documentation of incidents, fixes, SOPs, and knowledge articles
