About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Administrator / Developer to manage, configure, and optimize middleware platforms in complex customer environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multiple technologies such as WebLogic, Apache, IIS, JBOSS, MuleSoft, NodeJS, Spring Boot, and Alteon, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of enterprise applications.

What You'll Do:
- Installation, Configuration & Administration: Deploy, configure, and maintain middleware platforms including WebLogic, Apache, IIS, JBOSS, MuleSoft, NodeJS, Spring Boot, and Alteon. Implement clustering, load balancing, and failover strategies for high availability.
- Performance & Optimization: Monitor system performance and tune middleware components for optimal throughput and minimal latency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple environments.
- Security & Compliance: Apply security patches, SSL certificates, and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards. Manage authentication, authorization, and secure communication between services.
- Integration & Development: Develop and maintain integration solutions using MuleSoft, NodeJS, and Spring Boot. Collaborate with application teams to design and implement middleware solutions that support business requirements.
- Automation & Scripting: Automate deployment and configuration tasks using scripting languages (Shell, Python, etc.). Implement CI/CD pipelines for middleware components.
- Documentation & Support: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Provide L2/L3 support for middleware-related incidents and service requests.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience in WebLogic, Apache, IIS, JBOSS, MuleSoft, NodeJS, Spring Boot, and Alteon. Knowledge of networking concepts, load balancing, and reverse proxy configurations. Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments.
- Development & Integration: Hands-on experience with API development, microservices, and integration frameworks. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and scripting languages.
- Tools & Frameworks: Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.). Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk, or similar).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration
