About the role
This role involves ensuring high availability, troubleshooting complex issues, implementing automation, and supporting critical enterprise applications while adhering to ITIL best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 5+ years in Middleware Support, Infrastructure, or DevOps.
• Middleware Expertise: Hands-on with Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, IIS, Apache, MQ, LDAP.
• Infrastructure & OS: Experience with AIX (Unix), Nutanix (Linux), and cloud platforms.
• ITIL & Security: Strong understanding of Incident, Change Management, and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide infrastructure and middleware support across Dev, Staging, and Production environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, IIS, Apache, MQ, DataPower, LDAP, and related tools.
• Ensure high availability, performance optimisation, and patch upgrades.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
