Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer and support middleware platforms, including UDM, HULFT, JBoss, and WebMethods.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and monitoring of middleware systems to ensure high availability.
- Work in both Windows and Linux environments for system administration tasks.
- Follow ITSM processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement solutions.
- Provide Level 2 support for middleware-related issues and escalate as necessary.
