As a Middle Office Trade Support Analyst within the Treasury and CIO team, you are a strategic thinker passionate about promoting solutions in trade support.

Job responsibilities

  • Trade Support Functions: Responsible for Booking, Trade Check-out, End-of-Day Blotter Generation, Control Checks, and Trade Lifecycle Management.

  • Reference Data Setup: Establish and maintain reference data for counterparties and books.

  • Regulatory Reporting: Conduct checks and implement controls for regulatory reporting across supported jurisdictions.

  • Exception Queue Monitoring: Monitor exceptions to ensure timely resolution, particularly for same-day settlement activities within TCIO.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with various stakeholders, including Portfolio Managers (Front Office), Business Management, Reference Data, Back Office, Technology, and PMO, to address BAU and ad-hoc management requests.

  • MIS/KPI Reporting: Prepare and deliver Management Information System (MIS) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Graduate Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Banking.

  • 3 years or above working experience in Middle Office, Market Risk, Finance, Operations or Product Control

  • Product knowledge in Fixed Income, Treasury, FX and Interest Derivatives products
