Responsibilities:
Actively participate in the release and QA activities planning
Define the scope of work and prioritize tasks independently
Design, develop, maintain and improve test cases and test plans according to the specified requirements
Report test results and defects;
Analyse and troubleshoot issues in the software;
Develop and maintain automated tests
Analyze test results and configure testing environments
Design and enhance automation frameworks
Participate in team meetings and adhere to established project workflows
Requirements:
Capability to perform both automated and manual testing
Understanding of software development life cycle and QA processes.
Perfect understanding of QA processes and methodologies test planning, test case management tools, bug tracking systems and software development life cycle
Ability to collaborate effectively with product owners and developers, as well as work independently
Self-motivated and quick to learn new technologies
Strong communication skills
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Familiarity with the Agile software development lifecycle and the role of QA within it
Proficiency with testing tools such as TeamCity, Cucumber, WebdriverIO, and experience coding in JavaScript
Solid understanding of the Page Object Model
Experience with REST API testing
Proficiency with Azure DevOps
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in test automation and functional testing, including practical experience in automation
Ability to work independently as the sole automation engineer on a project
