Mid-Senior Accounts Executive (US Accounting)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Mid-Senior Accounts Executive to join our fast-growing US CPA firm. This is a full-time remote position for a technical expert who thrives in a demanding, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end finalization of accounts for a diverse portfolio of US-based clients, ranging from manufacturing to niche service industries.

Key Responsibilities

·     Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage and finalize day-to-day accounting for various industries,

including IT, Restaurants, E-commerce, Construction, and Day Care.

·    Financial Scrutiny: Perform deep-dive Balance Sheet scrutiny, record complex journal entries, and

manage project creation within QuickBooks using accrual-basis accounting.

·    Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for US clients, proactively resolving

inquiries and ensuring all deliverables are met before deadlines.

·    Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and resolve internal or client-side escalations before they

impact the business.

·    Quality Assurance: Ensure all financials are compliant with US GAAP and maintain a high standard

of accuracy and document integrity.

Candidate Profile

Technical Qualifications:

·     Education: B.Com Degree + Inter CA (required).

·     Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online is

mandatory.

Soft Skills & Characteristics:

·     Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English; you should truly enjoy

client interaction.

·     Work Ethic: A self-starter who can multi-task independently and maintain focus in a high-pressure

environment.

·    Leadership: A desire to mentor others and grow within a professional hierarchy.

Work Schedule & Location Requirements

To align with our US operations, the following hours are required:

·        Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST

·        Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST

·        Note: Candidates must be willing to work extended hours during the peak US Tax Season.

·        Geography: Only candidates currently residing in Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai will be

considered.
