About The Role

Job Title: Mid Salesforce L3 Support

Experience : 6-10 years

Key Responsibilities

Defect fixing of Production incidents-Impact analysis-Delivery in Agile environment-Support L2 in in depth analysis-In depth functional knowledge of the features in Production-Support Major Incident calls Identify, analyse, and fix bugs and other issues within the Salesforce platform and custom applications to ensure stable and efficient functionality.

Required Skills

Administering new Configuration by creating Objects, customer fields, workflows, reports and Dashboard Develop / Enhance new functionalities by writing Apex triggers , Apex controllers, Batch Apex, Schedule Apex and visual force pages. Create customer labels and list views. Prepare Test scripts. Develop complex validation rules Code Deployment in lower environments User story creations understanding of Agile methodologies for development

Skill set: Apex, Visualforce, Sales Cloud, SOQL, Workflow Rules, validation rules, Approval rules, Change sets, reports, Dashboards, sharing rules Salesforce Admin Certification ITIL certification, Secure Coding.
