Mid-Level Sourcer / US Recruiter

Hiring: Mid-Level US Recruiter / Sourcer | Bengaluru (Hybrid) | Contract

We're looking for an experienced US Recruiter/Sourcer 1-2 years of experience to support hiring across the US, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, the UK, and broader European markets.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in US recruitment and sourcing
• Ability to independently source candidates without relying on vendors or staffing agencies
• Expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, market intelligence, and candidate engagement
• Good understanding of US tax terms and employment classifications (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.)
• Experience supporting hiring across global markets, including Europe and LATAM
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to build and maintain pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles

Work Schedule: EST-aligned shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
