Mid Level Architect

We are seeking a Mid-Level Architect (47 years experience) to join our team. The role involves design development, preparation of working drawings, project coordination, and site support. The candidate should be able to handle projects independently, coordinate with consultants, and interact with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop design concepts, layouts, and presentation drawings

Prepare detailed working drawings & construction documents

Coordinate with structural/MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors

Conduct site visits and resolve technical/site queries

Ensure timely delivery and maintain drawing quality

Skills Required:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop, 3D rendering softwares; strong detailing knowledge; good communication and time-management skills.

Qualification:

B.Arch (Master's degree is a plus)
