Job Title: Mid L2 Support Engineer
Responsibilities
- HFM Installation, Configuration, Upgrade, Patch Updates, Hot Fixes
- HFM Servers Security Remediation, Vulnerability Remediation
- Troubleshooting Infrastructure and Integration Issues
- Powershell scripting
- Coordinate with Oracle Support on Infra and Application items16*6 active support + On call 24*7 Weekend support for maintenance, upgrades, patching etc.
Core / Must Have
- HFM Installation, Configuration, Upgrade, Patch Updates, Hot Fixes
- Expert level understanding of WebLogic, OHS, IIS
- HFM Servers Security Remediation, Vulnerability Remediation
Primary / Should Have
- Powershell Scripting
- Azure Cloud IaaS
