Job Description
We are looking for a MicroStrategy Developer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and support BI reports and dashboards. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver accurate and high-performing analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and scorecards
- Understand business reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions
- Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Optimize reports for better performance
- Support production issues and ensure timely resolution
- Document report logic and technical designs
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy Desktop, Web, and Architect
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience in creating reports, metrics, filters, and prompts
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with insurance domain data
- Basic knowledge of data warehousing concepts
