Description
We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy Administrator to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI tools and a passion for data analytics, responsible for managing and optimizing our MicroStrategy environments.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain MicroStrategy environments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement best practices for data modeling and report development.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide insights through analytics.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in MicroStrategy administration or similar BI tools.
- Strong understanding of MicroStrategy architecture and components.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of BI reporting tools and visualization techniques.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of MicroStrategy reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
