VenPep Group is hiring a Project Lead with deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack to drive architecture decisions, mentor developers, and lead delivery of enterprise-grade solutions built on Azure, .NET, and Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and architecture of Microsoft stack projects (.NET, Azure, Power Platform)
- Guide and mentor a team of mid and junior developers through code reviews and technical direction
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive adoption of best practices across coding standards, CI/CD, and DevSecOps
- Oversee integration of Azure services: Azure Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, etc.
- Define and govern API design, data models, and microservices boundaries
- Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security of applications
- Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead sprint planning, estimation, and technical grooming sessions
- Evaluate and recommend Microsoft tools and platform upgrades
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stack
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API
- Deep experience with Microsoft Azure: Azure Functions, AKS, Azure DevOps, ARM/Bicep
- Expertise in SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience leading technical teams in Agile delivery environments
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native patterns
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-204, AZ-305)
- Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or Microsoft 365 integrations
- Exposure to DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
