Role Summary
The M365 Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced support and administration of Microsoft 365 applications and cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring optimal performance, security, compliance, and availability of M365 and Azure services while supporting users and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure
- Manage users, licenses, security groups, and policies across M365 and Azure
- Administer and optimize Exchange Online (mail flow, mailbox management, security, and retention)
- Manage Azure identity, access, security monitoring, and compliance related to M365
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting
- Configure and support SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business
- Ensure cloud security and compliance best practices
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Train IT teams and key users on M365 and Azure best practices
- Work in 24x5 shifts or as required
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
- Expertise in Exchange Online and cloud infrastructure support
- Hands-on experience with user, license, and security management
- PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience supporting global IT environments is an advantage
