About the Role

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage and drive large-scale Microsoft Power Platform programs across delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and AI-led transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who combines:

Strong project/program management capability

Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies

Experience managing enterprise-scale delivery teams

Ability to drive AI and Agentic Automation adoption on the Microsoft stack

Experience Required

20+ years of overall IT experience

15+ years in Microsoft technologies

Proven experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Power Platform initiatives

Drive planning, governance, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication

Manage cross-functional teams across development, BA, QA, architecture, and support

Ensure delivery quality, timelines, budgeting, and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with architecture and CoE teams to establish scalable delivery models

Lead adoption of AI-powered automation capabilities using:

• AI Builder
• Copilot Studio
• Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
• Agentic automation patterns

Technical Understanding Expected

The ideal candidate should possess strong understanding of:

• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Dataverse
• Azure integrations
• ALM and DevOps practices
• Enterprise governance models
