Role & responsibilities

1. Visualisation and Reporting:

• Create interactive dashboards and visually appealing reports using Power BI.
• Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical aspects.

2. Business Intelligence Services:

• Leverage Power BI to provide business intelligence services.
• Surface Power BI reports that collect meaningful business insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Power BI Expertise:

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Ability to create interactive dashboards and reports.

2. Technical Skills:

• Excel: Familiarity with Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• VBA (Visual Basic for Applications): Experience in writing VBA scripts for Excel automation.
• SQL: SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.

3. Additional Tools and Platforms:

• Business Objects: Understanding of SAP Business Objects for reporting and analytics.
• Avaya: Familiarity with Avaya communication systems.
• NICE: Knowledge of NICE systems for contact centre solutions.
