Role Description

We are seeking a Microsoft O365 Technical Role professional for our on-site office in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position where you will be expected to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage O365 migrations, maintain systems, and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure. You will also work closely with clients and team members, provide training, and ensure customer satisfaction by responding to technical queries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support for Microsoft O365 and related IT systems
• Strong skills in Information Technology, including O365 migration and system management
• Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and effectively manage client interactions
• Experience in providing Training to team members and clients on O365 tools and usage
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the Indian market or similar environments would be an advantage
