Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager with a strong background in the B2B tech and SaaS space. This role is specifically focused on developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies within theMicrosoft ecosystem. You will be a key player in building and scaling partner programs for our clients, driving growth through integrated campaigns, and creating compelling content that simplifies complex technology stories. Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution:Design, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns focused on driving engagement and lead generation for Microsoft-centric products and services, such as Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Microsoft Partner Marketing:Work closely with Microsoft partner teams to coordinate and execute joint marketing initiatives, including co-branded content, events, and promotions.
- Content Creation & Storytelling:Develop a wide range of marketing assets, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and webinars, that effectively communicate the value proposition of solutions built on the Microsoft platform.
- Go-to-Market Planning:Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new solutions or services within the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring alignment of messaging and positioning across all channels.
- Data Analysis & Optimization:Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and use data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM):Plan and execute targeted ABM campaigns to engage high-value enterprise accounts interested in Microsoft solutions.
Requirements
- Experience:3-5 years of experience in B2B tech or SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful campaigns.
- Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge:Hands-on experience working with or for Microsoft products (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365) and familiarity with Microsoft partner programs (e.g., CSP, ISV).
- Skills:Strong proficiency incampaign management,content creation,partner marketing, anddigital marketing. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.
- Mindset:A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects from concept to completion. You should be adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable in a dynamic, remote-first work environment.
