Microsoft Intune Operations Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

System Operations & Support

• Support day-to-day operations of production systems and services.
• Ensure smooth functioning, availability, and reliability of systems.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

Microsoft Intune & Infrastructure Management

• Manage and support Microsoft Intune environments.
• Work with Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) for system operations.
• Monitor and maintain system health and performance.

Incident & Problem Management

• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in problem-solving discussions to resolve production challenges.
• Ensure service continuity and minimize downtime.

Service Delivery & ITIL Practices

• Manage service delivery in alignment with operational requirements and service agreements.
• Follow ITIL framework for incident, change, and service management processes.
• Ensure adherence to operational best practices and standards.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with team members to optimize system performance.
• Implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Assist in building technical knowledge within the team.
• Participate in discussions to resolve operational and technical challenges.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
