Senior Microsoft Intune Consultant
A specialist role in Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Endpoint Management servicing large enterprise and managed-services clients. The team delivers secure device lifecycle management, zero-trust access controls, and endpoint protection across Windows and mobile fleets. This is an on-site position in India supporting critical, production-scale Intune and Endpoint Manager deployments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as L3 escalation-owner for complex Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager incidents and problem management, driving rapid resolution and RCA.
- Design and implement Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, Conditional Access, and Autopilot provisioning for large device fleets.
- Integrate Intune with Azure AD, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and co-management with SCCM to deliver unified endpoint security and patching.
- Develop automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to streamline onboarding, policy deployment, and reporting.
- Define and enforce configuration baselines, device compliance frameworks, and Zero Trust device access strategies.
- Produce technical runbooks, architecture documents, change plans, and mentor L1/L2 engineers on best practices and operational playbooks.
