MICROSOFT Identit MANAGER

The Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Engineer will utilize expert level experience and knowledge of on-premises Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Identity Manager, Office 365, Azure Active Directory and Directory Synchronization tools, for a large enterprise environment operations support and administration. The position requires a responsible, self-motivated, well-organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities.

Required Skill and Experience:

• Work closely with vendors to resolve user and production issues.
• Participate in operational support and on-call for a large enterprise environment.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) on-premises servers and M365 resources.
• Generate operational documentation including change management paperwork.
• Work on multiple operational issues at one time
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Provide support for release deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required.
• Produce technical and operational documentation.

Role Requirements

• Must have experience with MIM 2016 or FIM 2012 R2 Sync, implementation, and management of FIM/MIM identity solutions utilizing Portal.
• 5 years minimum of progressive experience in supporting environments using Microsoft platforms with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience.
• Demonstrate a customer focused attitude.
• 1+ Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience
• Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience.
• Experience with creating and leveraging PowerShell scripting and automation.
• ITIL experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hour rotation environment.
• Good understanding of change management
• Microsoft Certified Professional certification is a plus.
