As a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect, your primary responsibility is to develop and deliver innovative process and data integration solutions and participate in the design and implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications. You will play a critical role in our efforts to build and support a multi-year, strategic system integration program.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure architectural design (functional and technical) aligns with Enterprise Architecture Principles and Technology Architecture Patterns.
  • Author technical and architecture designs based on business requirements and functional designs.
  • Facilitate design decisions across all aspects of SDLC, including development, integration, security, and change management,
  • Work closely with developers, technical leads, and project managers to ensure on-time, specification-compliant D365 CRM solutions.
  • Utilize approved technology portfolio, enterprise architectural standards, and established patterns to create solution and technical designs that deliver required business capabilities.
  • Proactively adopt new technologies, concepts, and procedures as needed for project requirements.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, including Developers, Engineers, and Technical Leads.
  • Stay informed about current industry trends, emerging technologies, and modern tools and promote adoption of best practices.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Developers, and Engineers to increase reusability and drive technology reuse within and across projects.
  • Engage with all levels of business and IT stakeholders to gain consensus and drive decisions.
  • Approve detailed technical and Vendor designs to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and reduce complexity.
  • Collaborate with business users to reduce technical complexity introduced by business requirements.
  • Translate highly technical problems into business terms for all levels of business and IT stakeholders.
  • Drive desired outcomes and decisions through trust, influence, and effective collaboration with geographically dispersed teams.
Qualifications
  • Expert knowledge in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement system architecture.
  • Minimum of 2 successful large-scale enterprise implementations of Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience delivering technical solutions using Dynamics CRM/Power Platform
  • Candidates with under 10 years of experience with multiple successful large-scale enterprise implementations of Dynamics 365 CRM will be considered
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft .NET C#, Azure Service Bus, Logic App, PowerApps, Event Hub, Power Automate, Power-BI Reporting, Azure Data Lake, and message services (SOAP / REST, XML, JSON, EDI); experience with Azure/AWS, Version Control (Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS), API technologies, and middleware platforms and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to quality and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
  • Experience delivering cloud-based solutions (private and public).
  • Capable of assisting and coordinating vendor management activities.
  • Proven track record of innovative thinking.

  • Dynamics 365 Certifications such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 for Field Service Functional Consultant, Dynamics 365 for Customer Services Functional Consultant, or Dynamics 365 for Sales Functional Consultant
