We at Coforge hiring strong Microsoft D365 Project/Delivery manager with strong functional and technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM combined with project management, client engagement, and team leadership capabilities to ensure successful delivery of ERP projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Execution
- Lead and oversee end‑to‑end implementation and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through proactive risk‑management strategies.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates, address client concerns, and manage expectations effectively.
- Conduct project review meetings and present progress reports to client stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Manage and guide a team of implementation consultants, developers, and support staff.
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize team productivity and project performance.
- Foster a collaborative, high‑performance, and customer‑focused work environment.
- Support team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, technical, and support teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Coordinate pre‑sales activities when needed, including solution demonstrations and scoping.
- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure adherence to company policies, delivery methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product enhancements, and best practices related to Dynamics 365.
- Promote and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
