Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and advisory skills.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and understand business processes.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose solutions for optimization.
• Define detailed product requirements and use cases based on business user input.
• Design and implement continuous monitoring and feedback collection mechanisms.
• Conduct process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with data analysis and process optimization.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing workflow automation solutions.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• This position is based at our PAN India office.
• A graduate degree is required.
