Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead

Location:Pune | Bangalore | Chennai I Vadodara

Work Hours: 2 PM – 11 PM

Experience: 10–14 Years

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Lead with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.

Key Requirements

• 10–14 years of overall software development experience
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Strong experience across Sales, Service & Marketing modules
• 2–3 years of Team Lead experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 customization & configuration
• Experience with Plugins, Workflows, Power Automate & JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with API Integrations
• Experience with Data Migration using ADF or SSIS
• Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps
• Experience with Microsoft CRM Deployments
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or similar technologies
• Ability to lead technical design, implementation, and integration of D365 CRM solutions
