Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE / CRM customization and plugin development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable CRM solutions, integrating external systems, and supporting business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE.
• Develop and maintain Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Actions, and Business Rules.
• Create and customize entities, forms, views, ribbons, dashboards, and security roles.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Automate.
• Configure and customize Model-Driven Apps within Dynamics 365.
• Implement client-side scripting using JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Develop and optimize FetchXML, Web API, and Dataverse solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Follow best practices for CRM development, performance optimization, and security.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong experience in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM Plugin Development.
• Experience with Custom Workflows, Actions, Business Process Flows, and JavaScript customization.
• Expertise in Dataverse, FetchXML, Web API, and CRM SDK.
• Experience in CRM integrations using REST/SOA services.
• Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of CRM Security Model.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is preferred.
• Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Power Pages.
• Exposure to Copilot for Dynamics 365.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Knowledge of Azure Integration Services.
