We at Coforge are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect with the following skillset:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive RFI/RFP responses, client presentations, solution demonstrations, and the translation of business requirements into scalable, secure, and highperforming CRM solutions.
- Lead solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and delivery frameworks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, templates, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Upskill existing technical leads on new technologies and Dynamics 365 enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience implementing and managing enterpriselevel CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365).
- 8+ years of experience in a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect role.
- Strong functional expertise in one or more areas: Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service.
- Working knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Proven experience in data migration, security modeling, and user adoption planning.
- Experience leading teams and conducting client workshops or discovery sessions.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Functional Consultant Associate (Finance, Supply Chain, or CRM modules)
