Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, development, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient business applications, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize and extend Dynamics CRM through plugins, workflows, business rules, and JavaScript.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage and support Dynamics CRM environments, ensuring system integrity and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to CRM development team members.
• Participate in planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM development, including Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of CRM SDK, custom workflows, plugins, and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
