Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing technical team in Bhopal. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to design, develop, test, and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions that support critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, customise, and implement solutions within Dynamics 365.

• Develop and maintain code using C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.

• Build and enhance integrations using Dynamics 365 SDK and web APIs.

• Develop Microsoft Azure solutions including Functions and Web Apps.

• Create console applications for automation and bulk data updates.

• Support testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimise performance.

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments.

• Provide production support and troubleshooting.

• Design and develop Power Pages portals for external users.

• Configure web pages, forms, and lists within Power Pages.

• Implement authentication and role-based access controls.

• Ensure data security and compliance in portal implementations.

Technical & Platform Expertise

• 3+ years of experience in .NET and Dynamics 365 development.

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).

• Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, workflows, and SDK.

• Experience with Azure Functions and serverless architecture.

• Understanding of Dynamics 365 CE data model.

• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Hands-on experience with Power Pages (Power Apps Portals).

• Experience with Dataverse integration, web roles, and entity permissions.

• Customisation using HTML, CSS, Liquid, and JavaScript.

• Knowledge of portal security and authentication mechanisms.

• Integration of Power Pages with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

• Performance optimisation and troubleshooting of portals.

Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Microsoft certifications are a plus.
