Job Description :-

• 7+ years of experience as CRM technical consultant
• Possess deep and hands on technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules,
• Experienced in using Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Data verse
• Expert in developing components such as Plugins (C#, .NET), Custom workflows, actions, JavaScript/TypeScript scripting, ModelDriven & Canvas Apps
• Strong understanding of AI and Co-pilot
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions and integrations
• Well versed and experienced in implementation projects from scratch and support projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams
• Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs Global experience and working in diversified environment
