Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced M365 Senior Support Engineer (L2) to provide advanced support, administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services, PowerShell scripting, incident management, and user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 services and resolve complex technical issues.
- Administer and support the Microsoft 365 product suite, including:
- Office 365
- OneDrive
- Viva Engage
- Whiteboard
- Microsoft Planner & Project
- MS Visio
- Viva Insights
- Microsoft Forms
- Copilot Studio
- Information Protection
- Monitor system performance using M365 monitoring tools and ensure service availability.
- Perform user administration, access management, and policy configuration.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell scripts.
- Collaborate with L1 support, infrastructure, and application teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and support processes.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (M365) Suite
- Expertise in Office 365 Administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Information Protection
- Experience with Copilot Studio
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Experience with M365 monitoring and troubleshooting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical environment.
- ITIL-based support experience is an advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
