Job Description

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications (Customer Service and Sales).
  • Customize, configure, and extend Dynamics CE using Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studios.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation and user guides.
  • Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure system integration and data consistency across platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft features and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Customer Service).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studios.
  • Good understanding of Dataverse and solution layering in D365.
  • Experience in building custom workflows, business rules, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
