Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications (Customer Service and Sales).
- Customize, configure, and extend Dynamics CE using Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studios.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain functional documentation and user guides.
- Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure system integration and data consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft features and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and Customer Service).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studios.
- Good understanding of Dataverse and solution layering in D365.
- Experience in building custom workflows, business rules, and integrations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
