Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to lead enterprise CRM/ERP transformation initiatives. The role involves solution design, implementation, and optimization across Dynamics 365 platforms aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations and upgrades
- Engage with stakeholders to define business requirements and solution architecture
- Design and configure solutions across:
oDynamics 365 Sales / Customer Service
oDynamics 365 Finance & Operations (preferred)
- Customize and extend solutions using:
oPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Drive integration with third-party systems and enterprise applications
- Manage data migration, reporting, and analytics
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics consulting
- Strong expertise in:
oDynamics 365 (CRM / ERP modules)
oPower Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with Azure services and integrations
- Strong understanding of business processes across sales, service, and finance
- Experience with customization and configuration (plugins, workflows)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect
- Azure Fundamentals / Azure Solutions Architect (plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience in Healthcare / BFSI / Manufacturing domains
- Exposure to AI / Copilot capabilities within Dynamics
- Experience with data analytics (Power BI)
