The Job Description
Skilled Power Apps / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE, building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), and integrating solutions with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate flows to meet business requirements.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
- Develop and maintain Dataverse entities, forms, views, and business rules.
- Implement custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript for advanced functionality.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems using Power Platform connectors, APIs, and Azure services.
- Deploy solutions to different environments using pipelines
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration.
- Proficiency in Dataverse, JavaScript, C#, and Power Fx.
- Experience with custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using REST APIs.
- AI Fluency - demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as Claude to accelerate development and support tasks
- Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) is a plus.
- Understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and solution deployment in Power Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant) or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
- Knowledge of Dataverse security roles and environment management.
