Job Description

Must have Skills

  • Should have atleat 7-9 years of expereince in Technical Dynamics Consultant to build customized solutions in the areas of Customer Service and Marketing, using workflows, plugins, UI customizations etc.
  • Worked on different CRM / XRM versions.
  • Implemented complete life cycle of least 4 to 5 projects
  • Expertise technologies like HTML 5 , CSS, SOAP, REST,Angular JS, Javascript
  • Worked on Javascript, Jquery, Workflow, business rules, Security & Authentications
  • Experience in agile deliveries and tight timescale
  • Also having done projects on premise/ cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations.
  • Must worked on D365 customization and configuration
  • Knows the MS methodology well; able to articulate and understand the pain points of customer.
  • Experience in Integration with third party applications.
  • Aware of mobility in CRM.
  • Worked on Office 365, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint API's.
  • Marketing automation, RESCO, Scribe, Kingswaysoft, Click dimentions
  • Design the solution to address the pain points and deliver it is one of the key responsibilities.
  • Develop solutions, resolve the issues etc.
  • Must have Certified on D365 CRM
  • Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent , PowerBI
  • He should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have Skills

  • Unified Service Desk ,customer insight, omnichannel, WPF (used for creating external Hosted controls
  • Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale apps
